THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ESTIMATE THE SYSTEM LEVEL IMPACT OF THOSE CHANGES (E.G., VIBRATION LEVELS, MASS PROPERTIES AND POWER LEVELS) ON THE TWO MISSIONS THAT ARE PROPOSING TO USE THE ASRG. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSIDER IMPACTS TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS: SCIENCE, INSTRUMENTS, SPACECRAFT, SCHEDULE AND COST. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BRIEF THE TASK MONITOR AND NASA HQ ON THE CHANGES AND THEIR IMPACTS. THE CHANGES AND IMPACTS IDENTIFIED BY THIS ANALYSIS SHALL NOT BE COMMUNICATED TO ANY MEMBERS OF DISCOVERY CSR EVALUATION PANEL BECAUSE THAT PANEL CAN ONLY CONSIDER INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE PROPOSERS BY DECEMBER 1, 2011. THEREFORE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ESTABLISH AND SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL A FIREWALL PLAN BETWEEN THE DISCOVERY CSR EVALUATION PANEL AND THE CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL SUPPORTING SUBTASK 1.
