THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A DETAILED ASSESSMENT OF OPTICAL DESIGN AND FOCAL PLANE PERFORMANCE RELATIVE TO SLI PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ANALYSIS AND PROVIDE STUDY PRODUCTS ADDRESSING EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES TO FURTHER ENABLE IMPLEMENTATION EFFICIENCIES AND A SCHEDULE FOR POTENTIAL INFUSION INTO SLI.
